Creating synergy across siloes is one of the recurring challenges we have confronted. In this particular case study we worked to pull a "multi-headed" conglomerate that had historically had different plans and programs for every division working independently into one unified plan, brand construct and marketing program. Degree of difficulty was very high, but the synergies drove real results.
